ORLANDO, FL - Florida Atlantic University's women's tennis team swept their doubles opponents for the second-consecutive match and improved to 3-3 on the season with a 6-1 victory over Sacred Heart University, on Sunday.
With the doubles point in hand, the Owls captured all but no. 1 singles to take the match. Pia Terol's match, a 6-3, 6-1 victory at no. 4, clinched the match while matches one through three came off shortly afterwards.
FAU will remain in Orlando to play a second neutral site match and are scheduled to play Dequesne noon Monday.
