Boseak Joins Athletic Media Relations Staff

BOCA RATON, FL - Mike Boseak has been named Florida Atlantic University's Assistant Director of Athletic Media Relations and assumed the position Monday.
Boseak came to FAU as an intern in August of 2005 and acted as the main contact for men's and women's soccer and men's and women's cross country, as well as women's indoor and outdoor track and field. He also worked with each of the university's 18 intercollegiate teams at various points including providing softball play-by-play for home contests as well as the A-Sun and NCAA Tournament runs.
His 2006-2007 concentration will include men's basketball, women's soccer and softball, as well as assisting with the day-to-day operations of the FAU Athletic Media Relations office.
Boseak is currently working toward his MBA in Sport Management at Florida Atlantic University after earning his B.S. in Sport Studies at Central Michigan University, where he also worked as a student assistant and intern in the Chippewas' sports information office.
He has also worked for USA Baseball, the American Baseball Coaches Association, Roger Dean Stadium, the Miami Dolphins, and served as both a color and play-by-play broadcaster for WMHW.
