Macon, GA - Florida Atlantic University's 2006 tennis season came to a close with a 4-0 loss to Stetson University in the quarter finals of the Atlantic Sun Conference Tennis Championships, Thursday.

Stetson's (15-10), the no. 2 seed, will advance to Friday's competition while the Owls 5-13 will move into the off-season and begin preparation for 2007 and the Sun Belt Conference.
