MIAMI LAKES, FL -- June Bolme fired a 75 on Saturday in round two of the Ryder College Championship at Don Shula's Golf Resort to lead the Florida Atlantic University women's golf team in Miami Lakes, FL.
Her +3 was tops among Owl competitors, helping the team shave 11 strokes off its round one score, trimming the attempts to 314 for a two-round total of 639 (325-314).
Bolme (80-75) and Praewnapa Phol-Uayporn have identical scores of 155 after two rounds, after Phol-Uayporn shot a 77 on day two (78-77). They currently sit tied for 23rd among individual competitors.
Sandi Macdougall (79-85, 164) and Kendall Kirby (88-80, 168) round out the scoring for FAU through two rounds. Kimberly D'Andrea shaved 12 strokes off her opening round 94 to bring her two-round score to 176 (94-82).
Florida State University leads the event with a team score of 594 following a 294 scorecard in round two. FSU's Caroline Westrup has taken the individual lead as well, posting back-to-back 73's for a two-round total of 146.
