Tampa, FL --- The Dick Wittoff USF Invitational came to an end today, with the Florida Atlantic University men's golf team carding in 315 strokes in final round play. The Owls 928 (299-314-315) total strokes for the three-round event earned them a 17th place finish.
Michael Berger was the Owls top performer with a three-round total of 228 (73-77-78) to finish tied in 45th place. Adam Kolloff carded in a seven over par-78 on the final day to finish with 231 (76-77-78) strokes. Mike McMillan finished tied for 71st place as he completed the par-71, 6,830 yard course known as "The Claw" with 234 (75-79-80) strokes.
Kevin Clark -239 (78-81-80) and Andrew Storm -240 (75-86-79) rounded out the Owls scorecard.
Middle Tennessee State University carded in a three-round total of 871 (288-294-289) to finish atop the leader board and Greg Koch of Florida Southern College recorded a three-day total of 211 (69-72-70) strokes to earn medalist honors.
