Charleston, SC -- Mike McMillan and Adam Kolloff each shot a one over par-72 to lead the Florida Atlantic University men's golf team in final round action of the CSU Spring Kickoff Tournament.
Millan finished in 13th place tallying 222 (74-76-72) strokes over three rounds and Kolloff finished 10 over par with a mark of 223 (75-76-72) to end in 14th place. The freshmen each finished in the Top-20 for the first time in their collegiate careers.
Michael Berger carded in a seven over par-78 in the final round and finished tied in 30th place with 228 (75-75-78) total strokes. Senior Kevin Clark posted a final round score of 80 to complete the tournament with 234 (76-78-80) strokes.
Freshman Andrew Storm - 238 (80-80-78), Nick Antonelli - 240 (87-77-76), Mark Washburn - 243 (81-80-82) rounded out the Owls scorecard.
As a team FAU tallied 300 strokes in the final round to conclude the tournament with 911 (304-307-300) strokes, good for an eighth-place finish.
Jacksonville University completed the par-71, 6,579 yard course at the Coosaw Creek Country Club with a score of 871 (293-288-290) to take top team honors and Shawn Hall of the host school, Charleston Southern, recorded the lowest score of the tournament with a four under par-67 in the final round in route to taking medalist honors with 211 (71-73-67) strokes.
