BOCA RATON, FL -- Susanna Lehtinen was named Player of the Week by SoccerFLA.com on Wednesday for her efforts during last week's games. The award goes to the top collegiate female player from the state of Florida.
The Espoo, Finland native put on an offensive display as FAU defeated Gardner-Webb 4-0 on Sunday, tallying two goals and two assists. She now has nine goals and five assists on the season for 23 points. The Owls also defeated Campbell 2-0, snapping the Camels' 17-game conference winning streak.
