Florida Atlantic University men's swim team completed the second day of competition at the Minnesota Invitational with another nine top-10 finishes. Travis Howard led the charge with a second place finish in the 100 breaststroke with a time of 57.81, .01 seconds behind the winner of the event.
Christian Baker and Kyle DeCicco also finished in the top-10 in the 100 breast. Baker picked up fifth place after touching the wall in 58.77, while DeCicco finished in 1:00.09 for ninth place.
Three athletes also placed high in the 100 butterfly. Kenny Anderson (50.05), Richard Marzonie (50.77) and Adam Zeibig (50.79) picked up fourth, seventh and nine place finishes, respectively.
Marzonie came through with a fifth place in the 100 backstroke with a time of 51.24 and then teamed with Howard, Anderson and Pavel Babaev for third place in the 200 medley relay, 1:32.00.
