Question from Tom Glucksmann: What in your opinion are the three main ingredients to win consistently in NCAA-Division I volleyball? And how well-seasoned, excuse the pun, is your team with them?

A: I fell the three main ingredients for winning at the Division I level are
1. Dollars for recruiting
2. A great campus life
3. A committed coaching staff/athletic department
I feel we are on track for working our way up the D-I latter. Our University has grown a great deal and I really fell it will continue to do so. The addition of football and women's track makes me believe that our university is committed to building an aggressive athletic department.
