Women's Swimming Gets Splashed By Notre Dame

Florida Atlantic University women's swimming faced a tough opponent in the University of Notre Dame in the first meet of the season. Emma Petersson, a sophomore from Almhult, Sweden, placed first in the 200 yard freestyle. The 200 yard freestyle relay also picked up points for the Lady Owl's as they finished in 1:38.08 and earned a first place finish.
Notre Dame finished the meet with 176 points, while FAU compiled 86.
Both the men's and women's teams will swim at the University of Miami on October 27.
