Football Game Credential Request

Please complete this form to request a credential. This form is mandatory and valid for the FAMU vs. Florida Atlantic football game scheduled for Saturday, Oct. 11, 2025. The deadline for submissions is noon on Tuesday, Oct. 7. Credentials will be reviewed and assigned. Parking will be emailed Oct. 9 as a receipt of approval for the Oct. 11th.
