BOCA RATON, Fla. - 
Fans, it's time to get pumped for FAU Football!
Florida Atlantic Athletics and the FAU Alumni Association are hosting "Kickoff with Charlie and Movie Night with the Owls" on Friday, July 29, 2016 at 6 p.m., on the Delray Hyundai Deck at FAU Stadium.
The event will include entertainment and activities for all ages, drawings for prizes, and a program featuring comments from Charlie Partridge and a question-and-answer session with the head coach. Admission is free and includes the movie and a complimentary popcorn.
Food and drinks will be available for purchase featuring the $5 PIGSKIN MEAL DEAL which includes a Chick-fil-A sandwich, chips and a soft drink as well as other concessions at "Kickoff Special" prices.
The featured film, Little Giants, a 1994 comedy about pee-wee league football starring Rick Moranis and Ed O'Neil, will begin at 8 p.m. If field conditions permit, fans will be able to watch the movie from the field but only blankets will be allowed on the playing surface.
Fans should register for the event at https://fauf.fau.edu/KickoffMovieNight.
Gates will open at 5:30 p.m., and free parking will be available in the garage just west of FAU Stadium. Fans should enter FAU Stadium through Gate 1 and may access the Delray Hyundai Deck by stairs or by the South Tower elevators. No outside food for drink will be permitted inside FAU Stadium.
