Volleyball Heads to ULM, North Texas

BOCA RATON, FL - The Florida Atlantic University volleyball team will hit the road once again this weekend as they face conference foes ULM and North Texas.

Despite losing both of its matches last weekend, the Owls (6-13, 1-7 Sun Belt) remain in contention for a bid to the Sun Belt Conference Torunament. FAU will face ULM (4-13, 0-8) at 5 p.m. eastern on Friday. Junior Blanca Ocana had 26 total kills in the Warhawks two matches last week, while libero leads the team in digs, averaging 4.84 digs per set.

North Texas will be FAU's opponent on Sunday, the Mean Green (18-9, 4-4) have lost four of their last five matches, including its matches at South Alabama and Troy over the weekend. Carnae Dillard averaged 15 kills per match in those two matches. Sunday's match begins at 2 p.m. eastern.
