The Florida Atlantic University men's golf team is in 12th place after the second round of play at the Sun Belt Conference Championship. The Owls shot a 309 on the second day of the three-day tournament on the par-72, 7,094-yard Robert Jones at the Shoals course.

After shooting a 75 on day one, Kelly McHugh shot a 76 in round two and continues to lead the Owls. The freshman is tied for 46th with a 151. Billy Bowling shot a 76 for the second straight day and is in 49th with a 152. Michael Berger and Will Cottle both have scores of 155, while Amit Odaiyar holds a 162.

The tournament runs through Wednesday in Muscle Shoals, AL.
